NotesPresenter is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your presentation content is yours alone, and we have built our app to reflect that belief.
The Mac app does not collect presentation data. NotesPresenter operates entirely on your local Mac. Here's what that means:
NotesPresenter stores minimal data locally on your Mac to provide its functionality:
This data never leaves your Mac and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Your PowerPoint presentation files are read locally by the app to extract speaker notes. This content is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. We have no access to your presentations.
NotesPresenter requests certain macOS permissions to function properly:
NotesPresenter does not integrate with third-party services, advertising networks, or in-app analytics platforms. The app is self-contained and operates without external dependencies beyond Microsoft PowerPoint. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views, search landing pages, and App Store link clicks so we can understand which pages help visitors. This website analytics does not include PowerPoint files, speaker notes, app usage, or account data.
NotesPresenter is distributed through the Mac App Store. Apple may collect certain data related to app downloads and purchases according to their privacy policy. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for information about data they collect.
NotesPresenter does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Since we don't collect email addresses or contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or NotesPresenter's privacy practices, please contact us at our contact page.
